Super comfortable beds, lovely bathroom, window that opens in room, beautiful pool area, metro station nearby, tasty restaurants.

It is fairly luxurious and the rooms are comfortable while they have 24 hours spa facilities.

It is far from the city centre and almost noone from the staff speaks english. Communication was very difficult. There are no yoga sessions although in the description they said they had. Although it was a big hotel and fairly luxurious, the bar closes at midnight and the food is poor.

The room was amazing. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very large with good lighting. The hotel service staff is accomodating, and the workout facilities is one of the best I've seen. The gym area is huge with up to date equipment, and very clean. There are several restaurants to choose from within the hotel, and the food was very good with just a few exceptions. The hotel is in a quiet section of the city, but not so close to the main attractions. It is about a 35-40RMB taxi ride to the main area.

This hotel is located in a nice quiet part of the city, but it is not close to the main attractions. The hotel staff's English ability was low, and there was some trouble communicating. There also seems to be no one who is authorized to make decisions when a problem does arise. The staff was unable to make any recommedations for other places to eat besides their own in-house restaurants, and was unwilling or unable to assist with reservations or ordering delivery.

The hotel is conveniently located on the subway line, making it easy to get around this area of the city. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from. The room was clean and well-equipped.

Too far from downtown and sightseeing areas, not good metro connection to downtown area. Most stuff had very poor English. Most advertised facilities (E.G. yoga classes, bar, etc.) were either absent or functioning for part of the day. Moreover, breakfast buffet was not refilled, as a result one has to go for breakfast before 8.00 if s/he wants to have something dissent to eat. This is unacceptable for a 4/5 star hotel. Finally, the hotel has a 5000Yuan deposit policy upon arrival (they withhold this amount from your credit card) which was not mentioned at Booked.net! I found this too an important information to be excluded from the Booked.net website.

It was clean and quiet with luxurious rooms. The subway station was a 5 minute walk away.

Not easy to communicate in English with all people at the reception desk. The 24-hour bar closed early in the evening (!) and the swimming pool was open only from 13.00 to 20.00. No yoga sessions - despite mentioned in the facilities. Breakfast was served until 10.00 but after 9.00-9.30 there wasn't much left in the European buffet section.

From the moment we entered the hotel, we were welcomed with warmth and elegance. Our room was spacious, with soft lighting and modern furniture. the bathroom had luxurious amenities such as a rain shower and plush bathrobe. the private facilities, including the spa center and swimming pool, were exclusive and top-notch. the restaurant served divine dishes with fresh ingredients, accompanied by an extensive wine selection. the friendly staff provided impeccable service that made us feel truly pampered.

The only minor drawback was the location, which was slightly far from the main attractions. Despite this, the hotel offered a free shuttle service to nearby areas and had a taxi stand in front of the entrance.

The hotel special offer I used was great value for money. The room was if a very high standard.

The air conditioning unit was not that easy to use.

Staff could speak English poorly. I arrived at 2 a.m. and it took 1 hour to check in. In addition a girl at the reception told me they didn't have my reservation at all!

The hotel is well-maintained and offers great facilities. The rooms are clean, spacious, and provided complimentary bottled water. The breakfast offers a wide choice of food, including fresh fruit and cereals. The location is key, near a subway station which made it easy to get around. Another advantage was the superb swimming pool, even though the hours were odd.

The hotel had no temperature control. The rooms were too hot, with the staff suggesting that 25 to 30 degrees Celsius was a reasonable temperature. The hotel was far away from the main center, with only a few restaurants in walking distance. The staff's language barriers made it challenging to communicate effectively.

service is not good. the staff do not call taxi for the customers.

Good location next to subway. I had business in Wudaokou so it was good. Not that great if you are a tourist and planning on visiting downtown a lot. The rooms are fantastic.

The food in the restaurant off the menu was not very good. Buffet breakfast in the morning was good though.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area of the city, away from the bustling downtown. the cafe offers a breakfast buffet with a wide variety of Chinese and western dishes. the rooms are comfortable and spacious, with large beds, thick towels, and high-quality toiletries.

Some of the staff members could improve their communication skills and be more welcoming to guests.

The English skills of the reception stuff could be better I would prefere the next time some basic arrival information in advance e.g. via email: whats the best way to go to the hotel from the airport (in my opinion by taxi), how much is it (100 RMB), because we've been ripped off and paid more than 400 RMB.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and came equipped with all the necessary amenities. the size of the rooms was pleasantly surprising. the hotel's breakfast menu offered a mix of Chinese and western dishes, which was a nice touch.

The hotel's Wi-Fi was unreliable, which made it difficult to work or browse the internet. It was also a shame that there were no convenience stores or shops closeby, making it difficult to grab a quick snack or drink.
